Daniel dice:  "Hola Owen,  Soy Daniel".    Daniels says:   "Hi Owen, this is Daniel". 



Cristina dice: "¿Alo?".                                  Cristina says "Hello?".
Haley dice:  "Vas a cantar este tarde?"          Haley says:  "Are you going to sing this afternoon?
Cristina dice:  "No, voy a estudiar".               Cristina says:  "No, I'm going to study".

Today the 3rd and 4th graders enjoyed coloring leaves as they reviewed and recalled Spanish color words. 

Las hojas son bonitas en el otoño.                                The leaves are pretty in the fall.

En septiembre, octubre, y noviembre es el otoño.          Fall is in September, October, and November.

Los arboles tienen muchos colores.                               The trees have many colors. 
Hace fresco.                                                                  It's cool.
Me gusta el otoño                                                          I like the fall.

5K is learning color words in Spanish

Mrs. Thomas' class learned these new words:
rojo-red,amarillo-yellow, verde-green, azul-blue,morado-purple,anaranjado-orange, blanco-white, and cafe'-brown.
